Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the ship date and issue a full refund equal to the price you paid for the batteries. We will also pay for the return shipping for all continental U.S order returns. All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
After the initial 30 days, most laptop batteries are still covered for replacement for up to 12 months for manufacturing defects, but no refunds can be issued after the initial 30 days.
All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction within 10 business days of receiving your return.

How to Return a Product
Return shipping is easy and free! Just contact us via phone 1-888-930-2050 or e-mail us at service@laptopbattery.us. A friendly Customer Service team member will take care of the details and provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via an email message which will also contain a prepaid, printable UPS return shipping label to apply to your package.
Your return may then be handed to any UPS driver or dropped off at any of thousands of UPS drop-off locations. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund, along with an email message confirming receipt.
If you are returning the product due to a technical issue, please contact us at 1-888-930-2050 and we can attempt a few quick troubleshooting tips before proceeding with the return process. Often, the problem you are facing may be rectified by trying a few proven methods.
Packing And Sending Your Return
Please pack the merchandise securely to ensure safe return of the package. Please do not write or paste the shipping label on the actual product packaging. Please insure the product and the product box are securely packed in a similar manner as you received it. Simply apply the prepaid shipping label that our customer service representative will email to you. Give the package to your UPS driver or drop off at any UPS drop-off location
Return and Refund Policy Restrictions
Free UPS Ground Return Shipping is currently only available to our customers shipping from the continental United States. We DO NOT offer Free UPS Ground Return Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations.
If you purchase multiple laptop batteries, please try only one set at a time to determine whether you are satisfied before opening the rest. After the first set, only unopened products, in original packaging qualify for a refund.
In order for smooth processing of your return and refund please note that your refund will not apply in the following cases:
* The laptop battery was damaged due to charging failure, alteration, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing.
* If it is from another merchant.
* The battery was misapplied.
* The battery has physical damage present.
* It is not in the same condition you received it.
* Original product packaging is not included with the return, or oiginal packaging has been written on or a shipping label has been applied directly to the original packaging making the battery unsaleable.
In such cases, customer service will contact you and will either re-ship the battery back to you (but you will need to pay the shipping fees) or dispose the battery on your behalf.
RMA Numbers: Please note that RMA numbers issued by customer service last for 10 business days only and they expire if not used within this time period; we therefore advise you to send the returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
Undeliverable or Refused Orders: Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence, will be refunded in the original form of payment, less the applicable shipping charges. In cases where the order qualified for free UPS Ground Shipping a $5.00 service charge will be applied to all such undeliverable or refused orders.
