Shipping is FREE and FAST for ALL orders on LaptopBattery.us that have a delivery address located within the continental United States. All free shipping is provided via UPS Ground Shipping service.
Most credit card, Paypal and Google Checkout orders placed online are shipped within 24 hours, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed on weekends and federal holidays will be shipped on the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the shipping and tracking information of your package.
Expedited / Express Shipping
We ship via UPS to provide expedited and express shipping service. When you order by 2pm on a business day, most orders will ship the same day and you will receive it in 1 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping such as overnight or second day shipping is not covered under our Free Shipping Policy. The customer will be exclusively responsible for all shipping charges arising from such a request.
The following orders may result in delayed shipping:
Incorrect shipping address
Shipping address does not match billing address
Payment delay or issue
Orders held because they contain a large quantity of a single item that would cause inventory depletion (note: this is an infrequent circumstance)
UPS failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
Shipping Restrictions
Free Shipping is currently only available to the continental United States. We DO NOT offer Free UPS Ground Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations.
However, customer deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international destination are available for the appropriate associated expedited service shipping fee. Please be advised that shipping charges paid by the customer for all international (including Canada) shipments are exclusive of customs duties, brokerages, taxes and any other fees in the event that such obligations take place.
Tracking The Shipment of Your Order
We send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. In it, we provide you a tracking number you can use on the carrier's website to track your order. We also list the tracking number with your order detail if you click the "Order Status" button when you log in to your account.
Where is Your Order?
If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item as returned to us, contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have attempted to deliver it but been unsuccessful, or the carrier may have lost it.>
If You Are Not Home
It is up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or doorman. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, he/she will try a few times to get one. After that, the package will be returned as "undeliverable" and you should get a full refund unless it is determined the order was improperly "refused." These undeliverable orders will not be resent. A new order must be placed.
Products Arriving Together
Most of the products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, they may arrive separately-although that is rare. If you log in to your account, you can see the number of tracking numbers listed for your order. That determines the number of packages that were shipped. On the UPS website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package.
Occasionally, there can be instances when an item(s) is back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. In such a situation, we will immediately inform you of the nature of the delay and the estimated date of availability of the item(s). The communication will be done either by phone or through e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep only the remaining order on a "back-order" status and ship them as soon as they become available. As a result, occasionally you may receive multiple shipments for one order.
Can I ship to destinations outside the continental US?
Yes, we currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO, FPO and International addresses via our Expedited / Express Service shipping service for a fee.
When shipping to these locations, please be aware of the following factors:
Shipping rates will vary based on order size and weight. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery will take longer when shipping to these addresses; dates will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery to APO and FPO address may take an additional 7 to 14 days depending on military mail.
